Climate Change Study Forces Sceptical Scientists to Change Minds
For numerous years, there have been scientists who have scoffed at and tried to debunk the claim that there is a consistent warming of the earth and the fact that this global warming can chiefly be attributed to the effects of man.
One such skeptic is Professor Richard M. Muller, who in the face of recent findings and evidence has done a volte face. As a convert to the fact that global warming is indeed real, he stated, "CALL me a converted skeptic. Three years ago I identified problems in previous climate studies that, in my mind, threw doubt on the very existence of global warming. Last year, following an intensive research effort involving a dozen scientists, I concluded that global warming was real and that the prior estimates of the rate of warming were correct. I’m now going a step further: Humans are almost entirely the cause."
